What is the Bookstore Call Centre?
The Saskatchewan Polytechnic Bookstore Call Centre provides customer service for all four campus bookstores. Incoming calls to any Saskatchewan Polytechnic Bookstore are first received by the Bookstore Call Centre, where a friendly representative is waiting to provide quality service. If you require information relating to your campus bookstore, call 1-866-569-8398.
Which campus bookstore do I order my materials from?
Please order your materials from the campus bookstore you registered at to ensure you have ordered the correct materials. Most program and course materials are specific to the campus where they are hosted. Your campus will appear on the confirmation sheet received from Registration Services after you have registered for a course or a program.
Where do I buy my materials??
All purchases can be made at your campus bookstore or online.
What payment options are available?
The Saskatchewan Polytechnic Bookstores accepts cash, debit, VISA, MasterCard, gift cards and sponsorships for all in-store purchases. Purchases made online can be by VISA , MasterCard or online banking (allow 3-5 business days for online banking payment to process).
Visa Debit cards are not accepted for online purchases.
How do I purchase a gift card?
Visit your Campus Bookstore, to purchase a gift card. Gift cards are redeemable for tuition, fees or books at any of the Saskatchewan Polytechnic Bookstores, Registration Services or Accounting offices. Cards can be sent out as registered mail for an additional charge of $10.00.
Can students use their parent's credit card for bookstore purchases?
A parent can provide their credit card to their student to use as tender for in-store purchases. A Credit Card Authorization form must be filled out and signed by the parent and presented to Bookstore staff at the time of purchase. A student must also provide the actual credit card and photo ID. A gift card is another alternative.
How soon should I expect to receive my materials?
Materials, if all are in stock, will be delivered 5-7 business days from date of purchase. It is recommended you order your materials at least three weeks prior to the start date of your course from the campus you registered at.
What shipping options are available for orders placed on the website and what are the costs?
Canada Post Expedited
Unless another mode has been requested, your course materials will be shipped by Canada Post Expedited. Your materials will be delivered to your door or PO Box. You will be required to sign that you have received your parcel. If you are not available or it is a PO Box delivery, the postman will put a card in your mailbox and you will have to pick your parcel up at your nearest post office.
Costs for shipping and handling for Canada Post Expedited are based on the total dollar value of your order.

In Store Pickup
The Bookstore will notify you when the materials are ready to be picked up. Photo ID and/or receipt is required for all pickups. There is a $5.00 handling fee for this service.
Note: You must pick up your order at the Campus Bookstore where you placed the order. You must place your order with the Campus Bookstore that is responsible for your course or program. Please advise bookstore staff if a designate will be picking up your order.

Who pays the return postage to the bookstore?
Shipping charges for items returned to the Bookstore are the responsibility of the purchaser unless the return is a result of an error made by the Bookstore. Should the return postage not be paid in full, the cost of the return postage will be deducted from the refund of your materials.
Can I track my shipment?
You can identify the status of your order (if placed on the website) by accessing your account at the online Bookstore. You can also call the Bookstore Call Centre at 1-866-569-8398 to enquire about the status of your order. If the materials were shipped out by Canada Post Expedited and it is deemed to be late, the Bookstore staff may have the order tracked.
My course is an online course and my manual is online. Can I order a hardcopy of the manual?
Bookstore staff are happy to provide you with a hardcopy of your manual. These manuals are not on the Bookstore shelves and need to be printed on an individual basis. Contact the Bookstore Call Centre at 1-866-569-8398 and you will be connected to the right bookstore staff for instructions.
Am I able to get my materials shipped from one bookstore to my local bookstore so I can pick it up?
NO materials will be shipped from one bookstore to another for any reason. Materials must be purchased, shipped or picked up from the campus bookstore that facilitates your course or program.
Where can I find a booklist?
Booklists are available for full-time on-campus programs for the current term and can be found at the On-campus Bookstores and at the Online Bookstore websites. Click on the "Booklist" button on the top menu or click here to go directly to the booklists. Part-time program booklists are available by contacting the program.
Am I able to sell my used books?
At this time, the bookstore no longer buys used books. Call the Bookstore Call Centre 1-866-569-8398 to enquire about other book recycling programs available.
Where can I buy notebooks, pens and binders on the website?
You will find a nice variety of items such as Saskatchewan Polytechnic pens, notebooks, binders and more here.
What items are available with the Saskatchewan Polytechnic logo that I might use as a gift and where do I find them?
