What is the Call Centre?
The Saskatchewan Polytechnic Call Centre provides customer service to all four campuses. If you require information relating to your Campus Store, call 1-866-569-8398.
Which Campus Store do I order my course materials from?
Please order your materials from the store you registered at to ensure you have ordered the correct materials. Most program and course materials are specific to the campus where they are hosted.
What payment options are available?
The Campus Store accepts cash, debit, MasterCard, VISA, sponsorship and gift cards for all in-store purchases. Purchases made online can be made by VISA, VISA Debit or MasterCard. Sponsorships can order online by choosing AR as your tender method.
Is my credit card charged immediately?
No. You will receive an order confirmation email when you place your order. Your credit card will be charged when we process your order.
How soon should I expect to receive my materials?
Once your credit card payment has been approved, your order will be delivered within 5-7 business days. During high volume times, order processing will take longer. Orders are filled in the order received. It is recommended you order your materials at least three weeks prior to the start date of your course from the campus you registered at.
How do I purchase a gift card?
Visit your Campus Store to purchase a gift card or online at GIFT CARDS. Gift cards are redeemable for tuition, fees or books at any of the Campus Stores, Registration Services or Accounting offices. Cards can be sent out as registered mail for an additional charge of $10.00.
What shipping options are available for orders placed on the website and what are the costs?
Canada Post Expedited
Unless another mode has been requested, your course materials will be shipped by Canada Post Expedited. Your materials will be delivered to your door or PO Box. Costs for shipping and handling for Canada Post Expedited are based on the total dollar value of your order.

In Store Pickup
The Campus Store will notify you when the materials are ready to be picked up. Photo ID and/or receipt is required for all pickups. There is a $5.00 handling fee for this service.
NOTE: You must pick up your order at the Campus Store where you placed the order. You must place your order with the Campus Store that is responsible for your course or program. Please advise staff if a designate will be picking up your order.
What is the return policy?

There are no returns, refunds or exchanges on digital products due to terms set by the publishers.
Who pays the return postage to the Campus Store?
Shipping charges for items returned to the Campus Store are the responsibility of the purchaser unless the return is a result of an error made by the Campus Store. Return to sender or refused packages will have shipping charges deducted from your refund.

Am I able to get my materials shipped from one campus store to my local campus store so I can pick it up?
NO materials will be shipped from one bookstore to another for any reason. Materials must be purchased, shipped or picked up from the campus bookstore that facilitates your course or program.
Where can I find a booklist?
Booklists are available for full-time on-campus programs for the current term and can be found at the On-campus stores and at the Online Campus Store websites. Click on the "Booklist" button on the top menu or click here to go directly to the booklists. Part-time program booklists are available by contacting the program.
Am I able to sell my used books?
At this time, the Campus Store no longer buys used books.
Where can I buy notebooks, pens and binders on the website?
You will find a variety of items such as Saskatchewan Polytechnic pens, notebooks, binders and more at any Campus Store.
What items are available with the Campus Store logo that I might use as a gift and where do I find them?
