Expedited Canada Post - Standard method of shipping, unless otherwise specified usually takes 5-7 business days.
In-Store Pickup - You will be contacted when your order is ready. Please make arrangements at your local campus bookstore for pickup.

Return Policy
On Campus Student
Textbooks/Course Manuals/Supplies
Materials are returnable if:
Off Campus (Distance Education) Student
Same policy applies as noted in the "On-Campus Student" section.
Note: Returns are allowed if materials are shipped back to the bookstore within 14 days from the start date of the course.
Return Policy Instructions
On Campus Student
Textbooks/Course Manuals/Supplies
Materials are returnable if:
- Accompanied by original receipt
- Returned within 14 days of date of purchase
- Material is in saleable condition as determined by the Bookstore
- Shrink-wrap or other packaging is intact
- Not deemed as a non-returnable item
Same policy applies as noted in the "On-Campus Student" section.
Note: Returns are allowed if materials are shipped back to the bookstore within 14 days from the start date of the course.
Shipping charges for items returned to the Bookstore are the responsibility of the purchaser unless the return is a result of an error made by the Bookstore. Return to sender or refused packages will have shipping charges deducted from your refund. Repackage your item(s) in the original packaging or in an appropriate cardboard box and include the packing slip and/or receipt with your return. Ship your return to the following address:
