Program Hoodies

Place your order today! Here is how!

• The minimum quantity to order is 10 hoodies. Find a group of 10 or more students in your program who would like to purchase a program hoodie.
  
  
• Select the colour you wish to purchase. NOTE: All hoodies MUST be the same colour.
  
  
• Download the order form by clicking this link. ORDER FORM
  
  
• The order form must include all names, student's active email address, phone number and size. See size chart below.
  
  
• Identify one person as the contact person for the entire order. This person will place the order and receive all communications from the Campus Store.


• To initiate the order, the lead person will email the completed form to moosejaw.campusstore@saskpolytech.ca. Each student will then be required to pay online or in store.

• The order must be paid in full within 7 days of the order form submission and prior to the Campus Store placing the order with the manufacturer. Delivery times may vary once placed with the vendor, depending on the time of year. The Campus Store will notify the designated contact person of any unforeseen delays in manufacturing or delivery. Program Hoodies are final sale.
